Quality Assurance Service

We are confident in the quality of our epoxy resin tables. Aurora Studio guarantees all products to the original purchaser with a 6-month warranty. Within 6 months from the date of delivery, our products will be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials, except for the specific exceptions listed below. For detailed after-sales services, please refer to the after-sales terms and conditions.

Force Majeure:

  • If either party fails to perform or delays performance of its obligations under this agreement (excluding payment obligations), and such failure or delay is caused by reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, wars, terrorist acts, embargoes, sanctions, civil unrest, strikes or work stoppages, actions by government or customs authorities, port congestion, transportation delays, or shortages of materials or labor (collectively referred to as “Force Majeure Events”).
  • If a Force Majeure Event affects the import or delivery of goods, the affected party shall notify the other party in writing as soon as reasonably feasible, providing details about the nature and expected duration of the event. The obligations of the affected party shall be suspended during the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and the performance period shall be extended accordingly.
  • If the Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty days, either party may send a written notice to the other party to terminate this agreement without incurring any liability, except for issues arising before the Force Majeure Event occurred.

Important Notice:

  • Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Due to their nature, we cannot process returns for these custom-made items.
  • We have full confidence in our craftsmanship. If the product you receive does not match your specifications or is damaged, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. Please provide a detailed written description explaining the differences or defects, along with clear photos highlighting the issue. In such cases, we will offer a partial refund as compensation.
  • If damage occurs during shipping, please refer to the shipping policy for the corresponding procedure.
  • To ensure the product fully meets your needs, we recommend that you carefully read the “Purchase Notes” and familiarize yourself with the return policy before placing an order.
  • If you have any questions, our professional customer service team is always available to assist you.
  • Aurora Studio reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.

Disputes:
We understand that disputes with financial institutions can cause frustration and pressure for customers, and we will make every effort to support you. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact us directly. We will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution. If the dispute escalates to a bank, regardless of the outcome, we will respect and comply with the bank’s decision.

If a customer has a payment dispute with a financial institution, we will cooperate with the bank’s investigation and provide all necessary supporting documents to support our position. If the dispute escalates and the bank makes a ruling, we will respect and comply with the decision, whether it is in our favor or the customer’s. We encourage customers to contact us directly about any purchase-related concerns before raising a dispute with the bank.
