Our studio is confident in the quality of our epoxy resin tables. We provide a 6-month warranty service. We guarantee to the purchaser that our products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. If any issues arise, please contact us immediately.

1. Warranty Coverage

These warranty terms apply to all types of wooden tables sold by our company, including but not limited to:

• Epoxy Resin Tables
• Solid Wood Tables

1. Warranty Period

Within six months from the date of delivery, we will provide free repair services under the following circumstances:

• Paint peeling on the tabletop
• Minor cracks appearing on the tabletop

However, the following situations are NOT covered under our warranty:

• Custom Components: Any specially designed parts or materials not included in our standard products.
• Environmental Factors: Our products are designed for indoor use only. Damage caused by outdoor use, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or humid environments is not covered.
• Natural Wood Characteristics: Unique features of wood, such as knots and grain variations, are natural and not considered defects.
• Cleaning Products: Damage to the resin coating caused by using solvents, alcohol, or abrasive materials on the surface.
• Accidental Damage: Damage occurring after the product leaves our facility due to physical impact or improper handling.

III. Warranty Inclusions

Our company will provide the following warranty services free of charge:

• Parts required for repairs, such as paint, wood wax oil, epoxy resin, etc.
• Tools necessary for repairs
• Video tutorials demonstrating repair methods

1. Warranty Service

During the warranty period, if your wooden table experiences any of the issues mentioned above, please contact our customer service team at any time. To initiate warranty service, please provide us with clear photographs or videos to help us understand the problem. We will then provide the necessary repair components. Please note that damage caused by human factors or non-quality-related issues is not covered under warranty.

1. Usage Guidelines

To extend the lifespan of your wooden table, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Avoid exposing the table to direct sunlight, moisture, or high-temperature environments.
• Regularly clean and maintain the tabletop, preferably using a neutral cleaner.
• Avoid placing sharp objects on the tabletop to prevent scratches.
• Periodically check the stability of the table’s joints. If you notice any loose components, tighten the screws immediately.

1. Natural Characteristics

The natural characteristics of wood, such as knots, burls, shading, color gradients, natural cracks, end checks, mineral streaks, insect holes, gum pockets, and stain lines, give your table its unique character. These features are inherent to the wood and are not considered quality defects.
